To make this decision easier, some 600 used trucks are always available at the Suffel used trucks center at the Port of Aschaffenburg. Our sales team presents the vehicles and provides detailed advice to customers. Whether it's versatile low-lift trucks, environmentally friendly electric forklift trucks or robust diesel vehicles that you are after, we have them all. The range and fittings of our trucks are on show for all to see.
The used trucks team, headed up by Volker Struck, has years of experience in handling and selling industrial trucks. Sales of more than 1700 used trucks in 2005 bear witness to the performance of this team.
What the stars mean
The Suffel star programme for used trucks has successfully created transparency. Vehicles are classified according to a five-star system, depending on the state of the fittings and level of conditioning carried out. Just as with hotels, the number of stars tells customers what they can expect from the truck. For repairing vehicles, Suffel uses a separate service centre authorised by Linde with one of the most state-of-the-art hydraulic test stands in the whole of Europe. Making cheap repairs abroad isn't even considered at Suffel.

Whole fleets on offer

Whether leasing, hire purchase or payment in instalments, it's the customer who chooses. Suffel buys whole fleets of all brands and types and assesses the customers' used trucks for free. Almost 150 field service engineers are on hand to provide rapid assistance in the event of a truck failure.

The team

Volker Struck, team leader, has mainly specialised in truck procurement and dealerships, as well as trade-ins and the purchase of special equipment. Struck is supported by Ernst-Georg Sickenberger, who makes on-site visits to suppliers and customers as well as overseeing activities in Eastern Europe. Jens Falk and Tony Krügerm are responsible for looking after end customers at the used trucks centre. Order processing is the responsibility of Anna-Maria Kehrer, Pia Skalka and Marco Knobloch. The latter also carries out the final inspection of used trucks that are ready for sale, as well as managing accessories. Bernd Breitenbach, Toni Imgrund and Arnulf Dill are responsible for incoming goods and the technical assessment of trucks. The team can be contacted Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00.
